I recently saw the excellent movie The Secret in their eyes. This is an Argentinian movie directed by José Campanella; with lead roles starring Soledad Villamil and Ricardo Darín.

What I did not expect from this movie was the way that it slowly drew me in and kept me hooked until its completion. For I was expecting something that revolved around action sequences or tense moments of conflict.

It is certainly not what you would call a fast moving movie and its pace is slow at times, gradually developing, with subtle tones of tension rising from the murder investigation and even more subtle tones of sexual tension between the two lead roles. I would highly recommend this movie if you get the chance to watch it, but do expect for the story to slowly reveal itself.
