The ruins of this once-majestic castle rest on the shoreline of this sacred loch. Its creation lays in mystery and the clan that built it was known for their kinship towards each other. Their fate though is unknown, for no record in a history book or note of travelling historian records their passage from the land, and around a thousand years ago they disappeared without a trace.
This deserted abode now lays deep in the wilderness, far from civilisation and is rarely touched by human eyes. Abandoned long ago, only the foxes, birds and deer frequent this magical spot. Left to rest in peace, it offers a place to water and relax.
This is my third creation using Unreal 4 software and the more I used it the more I learn. It’s a great piece of software and there are so many creative story telling possibilities it’s mind boggling. During the creation of this video I learnt further how to animate characters and also more on volumetric lighting (creates God rays and other such wonderful effects). Finally I also made contact and discovered the music of several excellent composers – David Fesliyan, Adrian Van Ziegler and Kevin Macleod.
